Mathew Frazer
Founder
Mathew is the founder of ABW Medical and currently serves on the company’s advisory board. He established ABW Medical with a clear mission: to make life better for providers, staff, and patients by delivering innovative, high-impact solutions to medical groups nationwide.
Mathew brings a unique blend of expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare technology, and investment banking. He previously managed a multi-million-dollar medical practice, where he implemented the athenahealth software suite and helped drive revenue growth of more than 300%. He has also served as a trusted advisor to medical groups across the country, helping them enhance operations and optimize financial performance.
His background in technology and finance includes leadership roles as CEO of a Silicon Valley startup acquired by Avaya, Vice President at Fortune 200 company Alcatel-Lucent, and earlier roles at Netscape Communications and Goldman Sachs.
Mathew holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned dual degrees, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences.
