Simone also leads ABW Medical’s operational excellence agenda, including the oversight of targeted, data-driven Rapid Improvement Events. These initiatives address root causes, elevate operational performance, and strengthen client satisfaction and retention. With deep experience in healthcare transformation and innovation across both the United Kingdom and the United States, Simone brings a global, outcomes-driven perspective to strategy and delivery.

In parallel, Simone holds a senior leadership role at Regional NHS England, where she guides public health strategy across more than 100 healthcare providers and a population exceeding seven million. Her portfolio includes population health management, health inequalities, prevention, digital inclusion, and AI adoption—translating national policy into local delivery and aligning system partners on shared strategic priorities. She manages over regional investments and collaborates with the UK Department of Health and Social Care, the UK Health Security Agency, Integrated Care Boards, and NHS Trusts to embed national strategy into community-based care models.
