Prior to joining ABW, Heather held multiple progressive leadership roles, including Senior Team Lead at Virtual Business Office Associates, where she successfully led complex engagement teams and implemented large-scale performance improvement initiatives. She has also served as a business office manager and administrative leader across various healthcare organizations, building a strong foundation in patient services, insurance verification, and healthcare administration.
