Kristin Jenkins

Kristin Jenkins is a seasoned finance and accounting leader with more than 15 years of experience across public accounting, healthcare, and complex private-sector organizations. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and process improvement.

Kristin has served in both in-house and consulting leadership roles, including CFO, Director of Finance, and Controller positions supporting FQHCs, RHCs, and critical access hospitals. She has led month-end close optimization, system implementations, and complex financial reporting initiatives across multi-entity organizations.

Currently, Kristin leads consulting teams delivering full-spectrum accounting and finance support. She is known for building scalable processes, strengthening financial operations, and helping organizations navigate growth with clarity and control.

Kristin holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University.
