Alexis Robinson

Alexis Robinson is a Senior Manager of Client Success at ABW Medical, bringing over 16 years of experience in revenue cycle management, client services, and healthcare operations. In her current role, she leads a majority of the Client Success Management team and works closely with enterprise clients to ensure their financial performance aligns with ABW Medical’s service offerings and standards for excellence.

Prior to her current role, she served as a Billing Manager at Surgical Notes, where she oversaw revenue cycle operations across surgical specialties in both ambulatory and inpatient/outpatient settings. There, she led cross-functional collaboration among revenue cycle leaders and delivery teams to drive client success and maintain operational integrity.

She spent six years at Privia Health, where she was instrumental in launching and scaling the organization’s Biller+ and Coder+ service lines. As Program Manager under the Process Improvement department, she led the innovation, development, and integration of new workflows—from sales through onboarding and across the client lifecycle. She managed delivery center partnerships, quality metrics, and budget adherence, helping to transition these services into core offerings within the revenue cycle department.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years at athenahealth, where she managed a team of Client Success Managers and maintained responsibility for over 500 providers and more than $5 million in client revenue. Her leadership helped drive platform adoption, retention, and client satisfaction at scale.

With a career grounded in healthcare delivery, technology, and service innovation, she brings deep expertise in client engagement, workflow optimization, and strategic program development. Her work continues to support ABW Medical’s mission to deliver high-impact revenue cycle solutions to healthcare organizations across the country.
