Andrew Hajde is a proven healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation across complex healthcare organizations. His background spans revenue cycle management, medical group operations, executive leadership, and digital transformation—delivering measurable results in both for-profit systems and mission-driven health centers.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at ABW Medical, where he oversees national delivery of revenue cycle, analytics, and business transformation services. He previously served as Director of Content and Consulting at MGMA, leading the development of widely adopted practice management resources and advising medical groups nationwide. Earlier, as Market Manager at HCA, he directed operations for 14 practices, 78 providers, and more than 230 employees—achieving consistent improvements in performance and patient access.
A recognized thought leader, Andrew is a frequent speaker, panelist, and contributor to healthcare industry publications. He regularly advises executive teams on aligning strategy with execution, optimizing financial and operational KPIs, and preparing for value-based care.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds credentials as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He also serves on the Denver Medical Study Group Advisory Board and contributes to the national Survey on Patient Safety (SOPS) initiative.
