Benjamin Rounds has over 20 years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle management, client engagement, and process optimization. As Senior Manager of Client Success at ABW Medical, Benjamin oversees strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. His leadership has resulted in increased client retention, streamlined workflows, and significant revenue gains for healthcare organizations.

Before joining ABW Medical, Benjamin held roles at West End Orthopaedic Clinic (now OrthoVa)  Prospira Pain Care, and his own firm, Practice Management Billing Solutions, where he led system integrations, optimized billing processes, and developed revenue cycle best practices. He has also managed diverse teams across multiple practices and supported clients in leveraging technology to maximize financial performance.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University, where he excelled academically. He is also a Certified Medical Billing Specialist, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in healthcare management.
