Pradeep serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at ABW Medical, bringing over 22 years of cross-functional leadership experience in operations and revenue cycle management. With a proven track record in optimizing large-scale delivery systems, he plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth across the organization.

Pradeep’s expertise spans strategic planning, operations management, leadership development, team building, operational analytics, and market intelligence. His deep understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle, combined with a strong business acumen, enables him to lead complex initiatives that improve performance and deliver measurable value for ABW Medical’s clients.

Prior to joining ABW Medical, Pradeep held senior leadership roles at several revenue cycle management organizations, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Manager of Client Partners. In these roles, he led high-performing teams, strengthened client partnerships, and implemented scalable delivery models to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
