Shawn Brumfield

Shawn Brumfield is an experienced accounts payable leader with a strong background in financial operations, process improvement, and systems implementation. He brings a hands-on approach to optimizing AP workflows, enhancing reporting, and strengthening internal controls across organizations.

Shawn has led accounts payable functions across multi-entity environments, supporting month-end close, vendor management, and cash flow operations. He has implemented AP automation tools, improved reporting for team performance, and partnered with finance teams to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

With extensive experience across ERP systems including Workday, Oracle, SAP, and Sage Intacct, Shawn combines technical expertise with operational leadership. He is known for improving accuracy, strengthening vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement within accounting operations.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Northern Arizona University, along with multiple certifications in data analytics and programming and systems analysis from Maricopa Community Colleges.
