Vijay Dass

Vijay Dass is the Vice President of Delivery at ABW Medical, bringing over 21 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) and healthcare operations. He plays a critical role in partnering with the sales team to shape tailored solutions for prospective clients, helping them maximize collections by leveraging ABW’s comprehensive service offerings.

Vijay oversees delivery operations across multiple ABW service centers, ensuring consistent execution and client satisfaction. During his tenure at ABW, he has conducted in-depth analysis of over 1,000 athenahealth tablespaces, identifying performance gaps and recommending optimization strategies that have enhanced operational outcomes.

Prior to joining ABW Medical, Vijay held leadership roles in operations, transitions, and client engagement at several RCM organizations, where he gained a reputation for driving performance improvement and process excellence across diverse teams and platforms.

Vijay holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM). Outside of work, he is a passionate cricket player who has represented district and played division matches and he also enjoys cooking as a personal hobby.

With deep expertise in RCM, strategic delivery oversight, and client engagement, Vijay plays a vital role in advancing ABW Medical’s mission to deliver exceptional value and operational efficiency for its clients.
