Mathew Frazer
Founder
Mathew is the founder of ABW Medical, and currently serves as Chairman of the Company. Mathew has a unique background with extensive experience in both medical practice management and corporate business. He has managed a multi-million dollar medical practice, where he deployed the athenaNet software suite, helped grow the practice more than 3 times in revenue and consulted with practices across the country. His corporate business career includes stints as the CEO of Silicon Valley start-up (sold to Avaya), Vice President at Fortune 200, Alcatel-Lucent, and positions at Netscape Communications and Goldman Sachs.
Mathew holds an MBA degree from Stanford Business School and is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate (BA and BS degrees) from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and College of Arts and Sciences.
Nathan DuMond
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Nathan is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at ABW, bringing with him a wealth of experience since joining the company in 2024. With a career spanning numerous years, Nathan has consistently led sales organizations across diverse industries, with a particular focus on healthcare for over two decades. He began his journey with prominent companies such as Becton Dickinson and Hollister, where he held the key position of U.S Director of Sales. Over the last eight years, Nathan honed his expertise in Healthcare IT, serving as the Executive Director of Sales for Independent Medical Groups at athenahealth. Under his leadership, his teams consistently surpassed growth targets, playing a pivotal role in athenahealth’s $17 billion acquisition in 2022. Nathan’s proficiency extends to sales processes, organizational design, and coaching for sales skill development. He holds a degree in Business from Indiana University and resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife and three children.
Vijay Dass
Vice President of Delivery
Vijay Dass is the Vice President of Delivery at ABW Medical. 19+ years of expertise in the RCM industry. Vijay Dass works closely with ABW prospect to assess their needs and co-create a solution to help clients maximize collections with leveraging ABW services. He also manages the operations for ABW across the multiple delivery centers. Prior to his current ABW role, Vijay Dass has analyzed over 1,000 athenahealth tablespaces providing feedback on performance and identifying improvement opportunities over tenure at ABW. Prior to joining ABW, Vijay Dass worked with multiple RCM companies leading Operations/Transitions/Client Engagement roles. Vijay Dass holds a MBA degree Logistics and supply chain management from National Institute of Business Management (NIBM).
Casey Lilley
Director, Marketing and Business Development
Casey is the Director of Marketing and Business Development, having joined ABW in 2023. He joins the company after nearly 10 years working in healthcare, supporting a variety of provider organizations. Casey began his career at The Advisory Board Company, where he served on engagements with large health systems to improve quality and utilization to prepare for various value based care programs. He then joined Flatiron Health, beginning his time there leading implementations of an oncology focused EMR, practice management and clinical trials software, before transitioning to support their RCM services. As a member of Flatiron’s RCM team, Casey partnered with leading oncology and urology practices and MSOs to redesign their billing workflows and staffing models to improve both collections and operational efficiency. Casey holds a degree in Politics and Italian Studies from The Catholic University of America and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Ganesh Vasu
Assistant Manager of Operations, Marketing and Business Development
Ganesh has been an integral part of ABW since 2017, actively engaging with ABW prospects from their initial stages through to onboarding. His expertise extends to analyzing over 800 athenahealth tablespaces, offering valuable insights into their performance and identifying resource requirements and areas for improvement. Prior to joining ABW, Ganesh held various positions in multiple RCM companies, including Senior Subject Matter Expert in Operations & Quality, Management Executive in Delivery Center, and Business Analyst in Operations. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).

Pradeep is Chief Strategy & Development Officer at ABW Medical. Pradeep has over 18 years of revenue cycle management and delivery management experience. Pradeep comes with a strong expertise and proven track record in devising/restructuring and executing client process, project management, process design and implementation. Pradeep’s previous positions include Sr. Manager – Client Partners (Delivery Center) and Project Manager (with a Texas based offshore company). He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.

Director, Client Services
Dave is the Director of Client Services with over 11 years of healthcare consulting experience. He specializes in revenue cycle management strategy, operational improvement, technical optimization, and financial reporting initiatives for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Throughout his career he has worked at prominent RCM consulting firms such as Huron Consulting Group, Guidehouse Consulting, and Flatiron Health, where he’s delivered best-in-class performance improvement solutions, helping clients achieve financial and operational success. Dave is a seasoned project manager with considerable experience reducing project timelines and navigating the ever-changing healthcare economy. He finds passion when partnering with clients to help them successfully manage the challenges that span revenue cycle operations, technology, and resources.
Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

Alexis is a Client Success Manager at ABW Medical. Prior to ABW, Alexis worked as a billing manager for an RCM management company focused on ambulatory surgery. She has over 15 years in the industry working as a program manager managing the coding and billing services for an enterprise athena customer and working in various leadership roles at athena, including client success management. She has extensive athena knowledge and experience working in EPIC, SIS and HST.
